5 year old summer party, outdoor game ideas?
We live on the water and have a small beach. I will set up games like bowling, boccee ball, water slide pool, badminton, air hockey table, bean bag toss, children’s lawn darts, a water table etc..all over the yard for them to play with as they wish. But I would like a few more ideas as well as bigger games that can be played among all the kids ie: egg and spoon race.
This depends on how many people are coming but-
1. “Fill The Bucket”- This is a game where you get 4-10 bowls (depending on how many people are coming) and a cup for every 2 bowls. Place 1/2 the bowls in a row, and the other half in a row facing them. Fill up one of the rows bowls with water, leave the other ones empty. The kids get seperated into teams and have to Fill the cup up with water, run down to the empty bowl, pour the water in, and run back. The first team who fills there bucket/ bowl wins!
2. Simple “Duck Duck Goose”
3. Do you and your spouse/ relatives have extra clothes (too big for kids)? You can seperate into 2-3 teams and each team can have a pair of large pants and a large shirt (maybe hat and shoes.. up to you). They will have to put the clothes on, run down to somewhere, run back, then take the clothes offf and give them to the next person!

6. Volley Ball
You should buy small prizes for the kids when they win (go to the dollar sore maybe.. or get candy and little waterguns, etc.
