Why do people post answers to questions just to be an a** and insult the person who asked it?
So I posted a serious and legitimate question about how to treat a condition I have been diagnosed with (having migraines) while my husband and I are trying to concieve our first child. I usually get nice heartfelt answers from people of theAnswers community when asking similar questions, except for tonight. This guy “Jeff C” comes along and answers my question with:
“While trying to conceive???? You mean some women actually are telling the truth when they say “I have a headache”?
Do you only get headaches before the activity? I gotta say, don’t bother conceiving, because you won’t be married very long. No man is going to put up with that “I gotta headache” stuff.
Further, do you think kids are going to be a bowl full of cherries? What do you think is going to happen after you conceive and have the baby? Your headaches have just begun, sister.”
Who does he think he is? I know this place is for opinions and that is strictly what I am seeking, but come on!
Well first of all I just want to wish you good luck with trying to conceive. I have 2 and they are hard work but worth every bit of it.
That guy is a guy. Some men see children diffrently than women. He either has no kids and sees them as just being energy sucking needy little beasts. Or he has kids and his wife does most of the work while he plays video games all day.
But I guess you just have to have a hard skin when you posting a open question to so many people. You’ll get every kind of anwser. Even ones that are really rude.
