Bowling: Backup ball?
Hey everyone,
I’m a right handed girl and I make my way down to the bowling alley every sunday morning. A few months ago I decided I wanted to learn to learn to bowl with some spin. I got a ball–I believe it’s reactive resin–and I’ve been working to improve my technique. The problem is that I just naturally bowl a backup ball–I think that’s what it’s called, the ball start off by going left and hits on the side of the 2 pin. At first I didn’t think this was a problem, but it’s been a number of months and I haven’t seen really any improvement. I think it’s about time I learned to bowl the regular way, so it approaches from the right and hits near the 3 pin. How do I go about changing my technique? Are there any pointers or tips? Please, any advice is greatly appreciated
