i want a fish… buttttttttttt….?
Only for like, 2 days. You see, I am having this extravagant party, which is tropical themed and a pool party. I want the fish to be my centerpieces, but I can’t afford the upkeep of the aquarium, And I really don’t want to clean the tank. Do not worry, the bowl/vase thing will be covered with a plant. (I’m getting Beta fish).
So here’s my question: What do I do with the fish after my party?
Do I give them out as party favors or what?
I really don’t want to kill them, as they are extremely beautiful.

Return them to a fish store for free. Some bigger chain stores will be afraid your fish have parasites…so they won’t bother taking them from you since they can probably buy them in bulk at a cheap price anyways. Go to some smaller local fish stores and ask them if they want your bettas…most of them will accept it, especially if it’s free.
